As creative entrepreneurs, we have ALL gone through the feast and famine cycle. Either swamped with client projects (systems can help with that), or starving for work.
But what if I told you, there was a SIMPLE way to get booked out in advance, WITHOUT overbooking yourself?
These simple steps are going to help you book out your creative business, and you’re gonna be amazed at how easy they are.

Figure out how many clients you actually need each month
It’s probably less than you think! If you are charging enough, you might only need 1-2 clients per month, and that’s not too difficult to accomplish.
On the other hand, if your rates are really low, you might need 5-10 clients to hit your income goal. That’s a huge number to attract and land every single month!
Don’t make things harder than they need to be. Figure out how much money you need to make and raise your rates if needed.
Tell potential clients how many spots you have left in your calendar
Nothing spurs a potential client to action like disappearing spots! Assuming you’re only working with a few clients at a time, announcing that you only have two spots left in your calendar isn’t a shady marketing tactic–it’s the truth!
Be sure to tell clients, “Only two spots left until June,” (or whatever month, obviously) on your services page, but also announce the limited spots on social media!
This will get potential clients who are taking their sweet time to take action and get the ball rolling on their project–you’ll get booked out.
Don’t sell features
Your potential clients are not looking for list of technical features, they are looking for a solution to their problems.
You have to explain how the service you offer them will help solve the problems your client is facing–most likely selling more of their own products or services!
Instead of focusing on the technical aspects of what you’re doing, explain to potential clients the benefits of working with you–this will have them practically throwing money in your direction!
It’s easier than you think to get booked out.
First, figure out how many clients you need each month, then declare how many spots you have available, and finally, focus on selling the solution to your clients problems.
Boom. Booked out.
